LUKEPORT
The network

A network is not a list of enrolled names.

Anyone can sign up agents. What decides whether a customer can actually be served on a Tuesday morning is everything underneath: the training, the settlement relationship, the equipment and the support line. All of it has to hold at once.

What Lukeport runs

Six services, one operating network.

Financial and non-financial, delivered through the same counters and the same people. The last two are the ones nobody sees until something breaks mid-transaction, and they are the reason the first four keep working.

01

Cash-in, cash-out

Secure deposits and withdrawals through our nationwide agent network. Individuals can deposit or withdraw cash through any available agent in their location, putting regular banking services within reach at their own convenience.

02

Agency banking

Account opening, BVN registration and full agency banking at the doorstep. The opportunity to open a bank account and register a BVN without travelling to a branch. This is bringing the bank to your doorstep.

03

Identity management & non-financial services

NIN and BVN enrolment, SIM registration, validation and biometric capture. Partnerships with bodies including CIBN, NIMC, NIBSS and NIPOST let us extend into registration, micro-loan disbursement, government disbursement and related programmes.

Bill payments

Convenient payment of utilities and subscriptions: cable TV, electricity, water, taxes and government services, all rendered across the agent network platform.

Agent support & value-added services

Android POS deployment, micro-loan disbursement, and beneficiary data collection and validation for government financial support and empowerment programmes. Our alliances give us the edge in terminal deployment, and the technology backbone plus dedicated merchant support keeps the experience customer-centric.

How value moves

Four hand-offs, and we own the middle two.

Partner institutions supply the rails. Communities supply the demand. Lukeport is accountable for everything in between, which is the part that determines whether the other two ever meet.

  1. Banks & licensed providers

Partner financial institutions supply the accounts, the rails and the regulatory cover the network operates under.

  2. Lukeport

We hold the licence position, the technology, the compliance obligations and the operational standard the whole network is held to.

  3. Aggregators & agents

Aggregators manage clusters; agents run the counter. Both are trained, monitored and supported, not simply enrolled.

  4. Customers & communities

A deposit, a withdrawal, a new account, a BVN, a bill paid, all completed in the customer’s own neighbourhood.

Network operations

The work nobody sees until something breaks.

Deployment gets the attention. Keeping a counter trading is the harder and less visible half, and it is where a network either earns its name or does not.

Field operations

Physical support to locations: equipment, retraining, and the visit that follows a compliance flag instead of an email that does not.

Escalation

A route that ends with a person. Routine questions resolve instantly through the help channel; anything it cannot answer confidently hands off to WhatsApp support with the conversation attached.

The metric we would rather be judged on

Agent count is the number every network quotes, and it flatters everyone. A more honest measure is the share of locations that could serve a customer at a given hour. It is harder to collect and much harder to flatter, which is why we are verifying it before we publish it.
Scale

What the network reaches today.

Totalled from the hubs plotted on the coverage map, so these figures and that map can never disagree.

The operating standard

What every LUKEPORT agent is held to.

An agent is not a franchisee left to work it out. The standard is ours to set, ours to train against and ours to enforce, which is precisely what an aggregator is buying when they bring a cluster onto the network.

  • Vetted and KYC-verified before a single transaction is processed
  • Trained on each service offered at that specific counter
  • Held to the agent data-handling standard, so customer identification is governed instead of kept in a notebook
  • Required to state charges before a transaction, not after it
  • Reviewed periodically, with field visits following compliance flags
Work with the network

Join it, or build on it.

Agents run the counter. Aggregators bring clusters. Institutions use the reach. All three start with a conversation.
